MindBridge: How to Register and Book Your First Appointment

Share this guide with patients who are using MindBridge for the first time.

Tip: clinics can add ?clinic=YourClinicName to personalise this guide.

Steps 1-5

1. Open the Register page and enter full name, email, and phone number.
2. Check your email for a MindBridge sign-in link.
3. Open the email link to verify and sign in.
4. Go to Book appointment and choose an available slot.
5. Open My appointments to review, reschedule, or cancel if needed.

Troubleshooting

• No sign-in email? Check spam/junk and request another link.
• Link expired? Request a new sign-in link from Log in.
• Page not loading? Refresh or try another browser.
