Manage your appointment
You can view details, reschedule if eligible, cancel, and book another appointment from your patient pages.
What you can do
- Open My appointments to view upcoming and past sessions.
- Use Reschedule to pick a new time when the option is available.
- Use Cancel if you can no longer attend.
- Use Book again after cancellation or completion to quickly start a new booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations are allowed only when the appointment is more than 24 hours away. If you are inside 24 hours, contact your clinic directly.
