MindBridge reminders are designed to help you prepare ahead of your appointment.
When reminders are sent
- By default, reminder emails are sent around 24 hours before your appointment.
- Your clinic may adjust reminder operations over time.
- Always confirm final details in your appointment page.
If you did not get a reminder
- Check spam and junk folders.
- Confirm your email address is correct in your profile.
- Open My appointments to confirm date and time directly.
- Contact your clinic if reminder issues continue.
