Common issues and quick fixes

Try these steps first before contacting support.

Can’t log in

  • Check you are using the same email used to register.
  • Request a new sign-in link from the Log in page.
  • Open the newest sign-in email link only.

Forgot password or no sign-in email

  • Check spam and junk folders.
  • Wait a few minutes and request another link.
  • If your mailbox is full, clear space and try again.

Page not loading correctly

  • Refresh the page.
  • Try a private browser window.
  • Try another browser if the issue continues.
  • Update your browser to the latest version.
