Where do I start if I need an account?

Use the Register page to set up your free MindBridge profile. We require your full name, phone number, and email so we can keep your contact details in sync and notify you about assessment activity.

How do I join an organisation?

Head to the Join page, enter the enrolment code your organisation emailed to you, and we will persist your membership once the code is verified. If you work at a company with an auto-enrol domain, the system should recognise you automatically after sign-in.

What should I do if I get stuck on an assessment?

Please reply to the invite or status message you received to reach our care team. You can also open the chat bubble on the dashboard while an assessment or episode is active.

Can I find more resources later?
